If there is any provision in the Shipping & Return Policy that you do not understand, it is your responsibility to ask Online Industrial to explain it to you before you accept the Terms and Conditions Shipping & Returns policy or continue using the Website and services.
Shipping policy
- Courier deliveries and collections are contracted to Courier Guy which is subject to Courier Guy Terms and conditions.
- Onlineindustrial offers free delivery within South Africa for orders over R2,500.00.
- Any products over the weight of 30kg may be liable for extra charges unless agreed upon by Onlineindustrial, please contact us for further assistance.
- Independent transporters, courier services may be used of which Onlineindustrial shall not be liable, nor responsibility for any loss or damage and delays and must be arrange by the client and arranged with Onlineindustrial.
- Process of order/s 1-3 Days dependent availability, receipt of payment and client’s location/delivery point.
- Insurance on deliveries may be provided for by courier service contractors which shall be deemed client's liability and responsibility.
- Any damaged goods/packaging must be refused for delivery of which the client must notify Onlineindustrial Pty Ltd immediately.
- Check-out delivery address may differ from original address, please ensure correct details are enter of which Onlineindustrial shall not be liable for any incorrect delivery details enter, delays, loss, damage, expenses or whatsoever.
- Onlineindustrial Pty Ltd shall not be deemed liable for any loss, damage or whatsoever during logistics.
- Ecommerce customers shall receive notification of dispatch by email verified waybill track number once order is ready for dispatch. Goods purchased notification will be email on payment receipt receival.
- All order/s shall be deemed complete, correct, and checked by the client on receival of products and services by signatory whether by courier service, third party, company, receiver, and that Onlineindustrial shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, shortage, theft of goods or whatsoever. All order/s must be check immediately on receival, if any problems arise Onlineindustrial must be notified immediately within twenty-four hours.
